Refund policy
We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 calendar days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at newmotionclothing@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items are not eligible for return, including:

Exchanges
To receive a different item, the quickest way is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As with our standard return policy, returned items must be in their original condition—unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging—and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
